Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer for the provision of real estate consulting services by Leo.broker | “Dom Leva” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when the Client pays for the services via the website.
1.3. Upon acceptance, this agreement is considered fully concluded without the need for a signed written copy.

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with consulting services in the field of real estate selection and analysis in Lviv.
2.2. The main service is the “Reality Audit”—market analysis, property selection, video tours, and preliminary legal review.
2.3. The scope of services is determined by the selected pricing package listed on the website.

3. Procedure for Providing Services
3.1. After payment, the Client fills out a questionnaire, which serves as the technical specifications for the Contractor.
3.2. The Contractor begins work within the agreed timeframe after receiving the questionnaire.
3.3. Services may be provided remotely (video meetings, reports, online communication).

4. Cost of services and payment terms
4.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the selected pricing plan (5,000 UAH, 10,000 UAH, 20,000 UAH, or other services).
4.2. Payment is made in the form of a 100% prepayment.
4.3. The amount paid for the consulting package is credited toward the final commission for transaction support (up to 5% of the property’s value).
4.4. If the separate “Legal Shield” service is ordered, payment is made separately.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Contractor undertakes to:
provide services of high quality and in accordance with the description
act in the Client’s best interests
maintain the confidentiality of the information received
The Client undertakes to:
provide accurate information
pay for services in a timely manner
maintain communication for the performance of services

6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for the Client’s final decision regarding the purchase of real estate.
6.2. The Contractor does not guarantee the acquisition of a specific property but guarantees the provision of analytics and support.
6.3. The Client independently makes the decision regarding the conclusion of the agreement.

7. Refunds
7.1. Since the services are intellectual in nature (consulting, analytics), no refunds are provided after the services have begun.
7.2. In exceptional cases, refund terms may be agreed upon individually.

8. Confidentiality
8.1. All information received from the Client is confidential.
8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. The parties are exempt from liability in the event of force majeure (war, technical failures, actions of government authorities, etc.).

10. Term of the Agreement
10.1. The Agreement enters into force upon payment and remains in effect until all obligations are fully fulfilled.
